Terms of service
By purchasing, you, the customer, are acknowledging that you are of 18 years or older, are a consenting adult, and have read, understood, and agreed to all of the information, terms, and conditions outlined below, and all information presented in the FAQ.
+These products are only intended for consenting adults ages 18 years or older. You may not purchase these products or have these products purchased for you if you are below the age of 18. You may not purchase these products for anyone other than yourself, or a consenting adult aged 18 or older. Any customer under the age of 18, or any customer purchasing for others under the age of 18, will be permanently banned from purchasing from HPE in the future.
+All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds at any point unless there is a significant error on our part (such as an incorrect shipment) or unless there is a large, undocumented physical flaw with an item. Please make purchases carefully and review our FAQ for more information.
+Upon delivery, please inspect all items carefully. Do not unbag or use your items prior to inspecting them! We absolutely cannot assist with issues that may have arisen from handling or use. If there is an issue with your items, please contact via our Contact Form as soon as possible. Please review our FAQ section on "What should I do if there is an issue with my order," for more information on contact and assistance.
+If there is a substantial, undocumented issue with your item, we may offer a full or partial refund dependent on the severity of the issue and our own discretion. We may ask that the item be returned for disposal before providing a refund. Please check our FAQ for qualifying information!
+Inventory orders are generally processed within 5 days of purchase and are guaranteed to ship within 2 weeks of purchase, excluding transit times. Barring holidays, inclement weather, etc. we process new orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Shipping labels may be generated a day or two before shipments are taken to the post office. Please allow a couple of days for tracking information to update after receiving a shipment confirmation.
+If you would like a toy shipped within a specific timeframe, please contact prior to purchase. We are not able to adhere to accelerated timeframes requested after purchase. We may be able to offer holds on items that have not yet shipped if a later shipment date is desired.
+Once an item has shipped, transit time within the US is generally 1 – 3 days, excluding the processing time stated above. We have no way to estimate transit time for shipments outside of the US, and have no input or ability to change, edit, or otherwise influence international shipments. Once an item leaves our possession, it is in the care of the selected postal service/carrier. Please direct shipment inquiries to the postal service.
+Please make sure that all of your information is correct before purchasing. We ship to the provided address and do not make any manual changes unless specifically directed by the customer to do so. Should you need to make an address or any other delivery change, please be aware that we cannot make edits to the destination country or the name of the addressee.
We reserve the right to decline address changes if they occur regularly, if we suspect the order is being sent to someone other than the addressee, or if we suspect the order is being shipped to an individual or location that we do not sell to (including individuals who have been banned from purchasing).
HPE is not responsible for any issues arising from a requested address change.
+Should you need to make an address or delivery change of any sort, please notify us within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor any requests made outside of this timeframe.
+International buyers, please try to include an active phone number in your order! While this is not required, customs may use the provided phone number to contact you about your shipment.
+International buyers, please be aware that you are solely responsible for all customs and import charges that may arise from international purchase. You are also responsible for retrieving your package from customs if need be. HPE will not provide any form of shipping reimbursement in the event of a returned or lost package.
+HPE is not responsible for shipping issues that arise due to customer error, error on the postal service’s part, issues arising from weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, or any other issue that is not within HPE's direct ability to influence/rectify. In the event of a package returned by the postal service or unwarranted customer return, customers will be responsible for any funds needed to re-ship the item. Customer refusal to cover re-shipment, or refusal of a purchase, will result in a 25% restocking fee being deducted from any refunds received. In the event of a lost package customers are responsible for following up with USPS or their local postal service. We do not have access to any additional updates beyond what the tracking information states. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for lost packages. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs for returned or lost packages.
+Due to their handcrafted nature, small divots, nicks, scuffs, residual printer texture, and other irregular surface variances may be present on your toy. The base of your toy is trimmed by hand and may feature small silicone "skin tags," indents, or scuffs from demolding and trimming. The hand-feel of shore firmnesses may vary marginally between toys. Toys may also have small pigment freckles or other speckles, pigment striations, and other mild aesthetic variations. These are not considered defects or flops and should not impact usability or longevity unless otherwise noted. These variances will also not be the subject of cancellations, returns, or refunds.
+Please be aware that all items are photographed and edited in house, by an individual with no formal training. While we endeavor to provide as accurate representations of items as possible, minor variations in real-life appearance are possible, either due to the minimal photo-editing that is done to pictures, differences in screen brightness/color/contrast/etc., or differences in real-life lighting.
For batch pours of identical items, we may utilize one set of photos repeatedly across different sizes of the same model. You will receive an item very similar to the one pictured, possibly with extremely minor variations in color proportions or pigment striations. For unique items where color placement is specific to that individual item (such as marbles, drips, hand-painted items, etc.), for items with significantly different colors proportions, for items with unique pigment striations such as acid wash, and for flopped items, you will receive the exact item pictured in the listing.
No refunds, cancellations, or returns will be accepted for minor variances in coloration or appearance.
+HPE toys are created, processed, and shipped from a disease- and smoke-free, pet friendly home. While we diligently clean and endeavor to remove any potential debris from toys before shipment, there is always the possibility of a stray hair, clothing filament, or other fuzzy.
No refunds, cancellations, or returns will be offered in the event of a fuzzy hitchhiker.
Please wash your toys before use, particularly if you have any pet allergies!
+All products are intended for personal novelty use by consenting adults only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or otherwise affect any medical or mental condition. HPE is not responsible in any way, shape, or form for how you choose to use your toy, or for any discomfort or injury that occurs through use. KNOW YOUR BODY and utilize your toy accordingly.
+HPE reserves the right to cancel/refund orders or to refuse service to any individual at any time for any reason, either in temporary form or permanently. While this right is very rarely exercised, please bear in mind that we do not put up with bigotry, cursing, overt rudeness, or any other form of harassment.
If there are repeated or significant issues with customer satisfaction, our Terms of Service have been breached in any capacity, it is suspected that a customer is otherwise trying to circumvent our Terms of Service or to assist others in doing so, or a customer has a history of doing so with other businesses, we reserve the right to decline further service.
